Anush Poghosyan, president of the "Right to Health" NGO, introduced the doctors to the CP MP, who is the chairman of the NA's healthcare committee.
"This woman is MP Hripsime Hunanyan, a nurse by profession, the chairwoman of the NA Health Affairs Committee, and she believes that if a MP is urged to take a drug test, it is an insult and the appropriate response should be to call the mother of the family, the wife immoral, and direct her to take a sexually transmitted infection test."
"My dears, starting August 1, 2025, this government will oblige doctors to undergo appropriate tests to prove that they are not drug addicts or alcoholics in order to work. Now I want to ask this lady what appropriate answer she expects from doctors...", Poghosyan wrote.
Let us recall that Taguhi Tovmasyan, a deputy from the "I Have Honor" faction, in a letter addressed to the Speaker of the National Assembly, demanded that the ruling party's Artur Hovhannisyan take a drug test, as his behavior raises suspicions.
In response to the "drug test", Artur Hovhannisyan demanded in parliament that opposition MP Taguhi Tovmasyan take a "sexually transmitted infection test" because she owns several apartments in Yerevan.
