Garnik Danielyan, a member of the "Armenia" faction, is convinced that Arsen Ghukasyan, who is searching for his nephew who went missing during the 44-day war, was detained using the same "system" as all those who fight for their rights.

"Those people who are not pleasing them, those who are struggling, those parents who speak out about illegalities, they basically take those people to prison, trying to put pressure on them and their families, and the next thing is to try to intimidate others."

"In other words, the system is as follows: they elect active people who have fought for their rights over the years and try to silence them. Why did Arsen Ghukasyan fight for so many years to get information from his nephew, his brother is dead? By constantly deceiving them, telling lies... people are tired of these lies," the MP said.

He noted that there have been numerous meetings with the Azerbaijani side, but these authorities do not include the issue on the agenda.
