How would you describe the role of SMMHub in the IT market today?


SMMHub today acts as an IT solutions and technology partner. We work not only on the sale of equipment or software, but focus on the complete solution of the client’s business problems, starting from analysis, consulting to investment and support.


Why did you decide to expand your activities and add the IT direction


The IT sector requires high professional knowledge and provides an opportunity for long-term cooperation. We saw that the market is developing, and businesses are increasingly in need of technological solutions, and we decided to focus on this direction, creating a more stable and value-creating business.


What is your main advantage


Our main advantage is our professional approach and in-depth analysis. We offer the client the most appropriate technological solution for each project. Our goal is not to present options, but to propose the solution that will work best in a given environment and ensure long-term efficiency.


What difficulties do you face in the market


There are a number of challenges in the market: a high level of competition, complexity of procurement processes, as well as financial risks associated with exchange rate fluctuations and strict payment terms. All this requires not only technical, but also strategic thinking.


What are your future plans


Our main goal is to develop the team's experience, expand cooperation with international manufacturers and increase our presence in the market. We also focus on attracting new customers and forming long-term partnerships.


What is more important: the product or the partner


In today's market, the right partner is more important. Even the best technology will not work effectively if it is not implemented correctly. Therefore, customers more often choose companies that can provide reliable and long-term cooperation.


How do you envision the development of the IT market in Armenia in the coming years?


I think the market will continue to develop and become more competitive. Businesses will pay more attention to cybersecurity, data management, and digital transformation. In these conditions, companies that can offer not only technology, but also a strategic approach and reliable partnerships will have an advantage.
