Gold prices hit new historic highs

In commodity markets, the price of gold futures per troy ounce (31.1 grams) has reached a new all-time high.
According to APA-Economics, December gold futures on the COMEX Commodity Exchange in New York rose by 1.19%, reaching $4,182 per ounce.
Also on COMEX, December silver futures rose 3.52% to $52.205 per ounce.
