"Hraparak": The Archbishop's case has reached a dead end.

The *Hraparak* newspaper writes: "The trial regarding the case of Archbishop Bagrat—or the '18 Just Men'—began on August 19, 2025. A hearing is scheduled for the case almost every Thursday, yet there is no end to the proceedings in sight. Furthermore, the scheduled hearing did not take place the other day.
There is a view that the case is so baseless and devoid of evidence that it is quite possible the weekly schedule of hearings will be disrupted, with future sessions being set at longer intervals.
The proceedings have clearly reached an impasse, and it remains unclear what decision the court will make or how it will extricate itself from this fabricated case without the authorities suffering embarrassment.
After all, 18 individuals were arrested amidst a major spectacle and held in custody for months, while Archbishop Bagrat remains under house arrest." Now it turns out there is no evidence, the case is fabricated, and so many investigators and prosecutors have spent all this time manufacturing the case and carrying out a political order.
