The “Hraparak” newspaper writes: “Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan participated in the discussions of the budget draft at the session of the parliament's standing committees yesterday.
Previously, when he came to parliament, a group of deputies from the Communist Party faction would accompany Avinyan to the hall with special solemnity and participate in the session.
And yesterday, Avinyan was left, one might say, all alone, presenting the budget allocated to the institution he heads in an almost half-empty hall, and then leaving alone, not even answering journalists' questions.
In the hall, in addition to the governors, there were people from the Communist Party faction present: Sergey Bagratyan, Zaruhi Batoyan, and Artyom Mehrabyan.
