In other words, they are trying to steer the topic in the direction of how, according to the thieves' "scams," they perceive His Holiness as having broken his oath. In essence, the ultimate goal is to turn them against the church.

By the way, the questionnaire also included the extent to which neighborhood authorities support businessman Samvel Karapetyan and whether they used their resources to provide a crowd in support of his rally or not.
