Nikol Pashinyan has summarized the results of the first phase of the "Government Personnel Bank" program.
On June 15, I invited graduates of leading global universities to put their knowledge and professional experience at the service of the Republic of Armenia’s public administration system.
Today, we can already summarize the results of the first phase of the "Government Personnel Bank" program.
A total of 1,141 applications were received. Following a review, interviews, and professional assessment, 269 candidates from 29 countries were included in the Government Personnel Bank.
The average age of the selected candidates is 33.3, and women make up 42 percent of the group.
According to available data, approximately 93 percent of the candidates have Armenian roots, while 7 percent are professionals of non-Armenian descent. In other words, the program has attracted not only our compatriots from the Diaspora but also foreign professionals interested in professional cooperation with Armenia. "To date, positive decisions regarding hiring or appointment have been made for more than 30 candidates, and 16 of them have already been appointed to high-level state positions, including deputy ministers, committee heads, and other roles of significant responsibility.
A secure electronic platform is already operational within the government, enabling ministries and other state bodies to review candidates' professional profiles and directly contact specialists who meet their specific needs.
The talent pool will continue to operate and expand.
The next phase of the program is scheduled for 2027.
