Our fundamentally new political force, our newly formed team, will be based especially on our best national qualities, on individuals who carry the strong will of the people, and especially on the youth.

This is stated in a letter written by Samvel Karapetyan from the penitentiary.

"What did the current authorities fail to do? They failed to silence the will of the Armenian people."

We failed to discourage our young people. Having gone through wars, government persecution, deprivation, and insecurity, they have remained strong and talented, thinking about the future of our Armenia and living by it.

We have failed to silence journalists and free speech. The chain of information terror, lies, and manipulation is being broken, and through real journalists who do their work with dedication, reality is becoming accessible to our public.

We failed to break our compatriots in Baku prison, who have fought heroically for decades and are people worthy of exceptional respect. Having found themselves in prison, they are living on the brink of death. However, they will always hold their own and all of our honor high, as befits a true Armenian man.

We have failed to break our faith in the mission of our Church. The more they persecute the clergy, the more Armenians ask our clergy for blessings. The more they attack our Church, the more our people unite around our Mother See.

Our future lies in these failures of the small group that is operating. Our fundamentally new political force, our newly formed team, will be based especially on our best national qualities, on individuals who carry the strong will of the people, and especially on the youth.
