"Zhoghovurd" daily writes: "Zhoghovurd" daily reported that the court sent a notice to Nikol Pashinyan's bodyguard Grigor Manukyan to appear to testify. And for what criminal case are they calling him to court?

"Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper wrote that the criminal case of throwing an apple at Nikol Pashinyan is in Yerevan city court, and it will be examined by judge Arman Hovhannisyan.

Let us remind you that on the evening of August 23 of this year, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan went to Rubinyants 2/2 in Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district to meet his aunt and daughter had thrown an apple in Pashinyan's direction. Nikol Pashinyan and his bodyguard had assumed that a grenade had been thrown in their direction and immediately lay down on the ground. For days, the law enforcement officers searched the Rubinyants 2/2 building, looking for that type of apple in people's apartments.

Finally, Albert Arstamyan, 71, from Artsakh, was arrested on suspicion of throwing the apple. After the incident, lawyer Roman Yeritsyan announced that the members of Albert Arstamyan's family (2 daughters and a granddaughter) were taken to the Zeytun police station on the same day against their will and kept until 07:00 in the morning. Grandfather Albert's residence was searched in the presence of young children in order to find apples.

As a result, on the basis of throwing an apple in the direction of Pashinyan, Albert Arstamyan was charged with committing the act provided for by Article 297, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. the preventive measure of "absence ban" was chosen against him. The RA Investigative Committee made a decision to declare the end of the preliminary investigation in the case and sent the case to court." And here, one of the witnesses in the case is Grigor Manukyan, Pashinyan's bodyguard, who was also summoned to court."
