Public administration specialist Hovhannes Avetisyan published a video on his Facebook page with the accompanying post: “Rules for those going to Etchmiadzin today to avoid criminal cases as much as possible.” In the video, Avetisyan first presents 4 points, with which, according to him, Nikol Pashinyan is able to convince and win people over to his side, in this case the archbishops, and then, addressing the people, he says: “Today, when going to Etchmiadzin, you must remember that the one opposing you is the state, which has the right to use legitimate force, therefore you cannot counter it with force. You can counter it with reasonable, organized actions, which is disobedience, a peaceful manifestation of your will and right. In other words, you say, I came to show my support for Etchmiadzin and I do not hinder the gathering. You do not clash with anyone, you do not curse, you do not insult. There may be provocateurs there, in that case you turn to the police to remove them.”
