Since 2022, the “Western Azerbaijan Community” NGO has been operating in Azerbaijan under the high patronage of the president, which, with state support, promotes the ideology of “Western Azerbaijan” and the “right of return” of Azerbaijanis to the territory of Armenia at the international level.
Ilham Aliyev has announced that the state will support this structure and its activities.
