The rescue service reports that the roads in the territory of Armenia are passable.
According to information received from the Emergency Situations Department of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles.
