"We don't need a trigger to bring people out into the streets; a trigger is needed to bring about change." Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the "Strong Armenia" party, stated this while speaking to reporters in the courthouse courtyard.
"You likely have no doubt that we can bring people out into the streets whenever we want, but to what end?" he noted.
Samvel Karapetyan emphasized that when speaking about a change of power, they never claimed it would be achieved solely by taking to the streets.
"We will do something more interesting," he said.
