"Regarding school content, I have noted that we have made many compromises in this area—though, on the other hand, I cannot say that we will not make compromises in the future. It is not as if we can currently fill all positions with the level of qualification we desire; however, we have already made decisions: teachers who do not pass certification will no longer work in schools.

We provided them with three opportunities and conducted training programs, but we can go no further; if a teacher fails to meet the minimum certification threshold after the third attempt, we prohibit them from working as a teacher. They are free to go, work on improving their qualifications, and return later."
