Today, December 7, an emergency happened in Ararat Marz. Around 17:00, on the 1st street of Vostan settlement of Artashat community, the driver of the garbage truck and the employee of Indian nationality noticed that the other employee, who is also of Indian nationality, was lying on the ground in an unconscious state.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, he was transferred to "Artashat" medical center, from where he was transferred to "Erebuni" medical center.
The patrols of the 1st platoon of the 1st company of the Ararat marz battalion of the Police Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RA, led by the battalion commander Grigor Babajanyan, the deputy battalion commander Abel Vardanyan, the temporary executor of the duties of the company commander and the person in charge of the day Surik Barseghyan arrived at the scene of the incident.
Senior patrolman Arsen Mkrtchyan and junior patrolman Artur Narinyan of the same company demarcated the area and performed duty.
The duty group of the Artashat department of the main community police department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police, led by the head of the department, Artavazd Sargsyan, also arrived at the scene.
The information about the incident was transferred from the Artashat department of the police to the Ararat regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee, from where the investigative team headed by the head of the department Tigran Shokhoyan, deputy head of the department Nerses Muradyan and investigator Arman Simonyan arrived.
Due to the fact of the incident, a criminal proceeding was initiated in the regional investigative department, where the identity of the driver and the person taken to the hospital was revealed.
