Khachatur Poghosyan appointed as Chief of Staff of the President

RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed a decree, according to which Khachatur Poghosyan has been appointed Head of the Staff of the RA President.
“Based on Part 1 of Article 139 of the Constitution, as well as Part 11 of Article 9 of the Law “On Public Service”,
Khachatur Poghosyan has been appointed Head of the Staff of the President of the Republic,” the decree says.
