The soldier left a letter before his death.

A criminal case has been initiated in the 5th Garrison Investigation Department of the Main Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia on the grounds of suicide. The said case was initiated on August 25 in connection with the body of 23-year-old Artak H., found in a barn in a house in the town of Vardenis, Gegharkunik region.

According to Shamshyan.com, on that day, at around 11:25, Artak H.'s body was discovered hanging from a ceiling beam in the barn by his relative, who lowered him, then called an ambulance and tried to provide assistance until the doctors arrived. However, the ambulance doctors who arrived recorded his death. Before committing suicide, the deceased sent a message to his relative, which specifically read: "I apologize for my actions. I do not want to live in this world of stone."

According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic doctor, no signs of violence were found on the body.

The photojournalist reports that the deceased served in the N military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense, but he had returned home from service a few days before resorting to such an extreme step.
