The Supreme Court suspended the powers of judge Anna Danibekyan

The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) approved the petition of RA Justice Minister Grigor Minasyan to subject Judge Anna Danibekyan to disciplinary responsibility.

Thus, the Central Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan decided to terminate the powers of the judge Anna Danibekyan who examined the case of the second president Robert Kocharyan.

The basis is the essential disciplinary violation.
