A 2-year-old child fell into a partially burning tonir in the Ararat region.

An emergency incident occurred in the Ararat region on September 13.

Shamshyan.com reports that around 10:00 PM, the Artashat division of the Community Police Department (under the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police) received information that a 2-year-old girl had fallen into a *tonir* (traditional underground oven) in one of the villages under their jurisdiction; she was subsequently transported to the "Artashat" Medical Center with a diagnosis of first- and second-degree burns to the face, second- and third-degree burns to the left upper limb, and first- and second-degree burns to both lower limbs.
