After successfully placing the entire volume of its previous two bond issues in record time, Amio Bank is introducing another investment opportunity: the placement of new bonds denominated in AMD, featuring a 9.5% annual coupon yield, starting September 18, 2026.

The issuance terms are as follows:

Issue volume: 3 billion AMD,

Number of securities: 30,000,

Nominal value per security: 100,000 AMD,

Coupon yield: 9.5%,

Coupon payment frequency: Quarterly,

Maturity period: 24 months.

Following the placement, the bonds will be listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX).

Under the current Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia, coupon income from bonds is exempt from income tax until December 31, 2027, inclusive.
