The Municipality signed a contract with "Sport Service" LLC, which, according to the data of the State Register of Legal Entities, was founded on February 22, 2024, and the director is Vlas Dokholyan. The LLC company participates in state procurement tenders, in particular, in the field of organizing basketball leagues and sporting events.

The agreement also states that within the framework of all this, the following events should be organized: "Sportlandia" dedicated to the International Day for the Protection of Children, the RA Prime Minister's Cup amateur road race tournament, the 2026 draft games for pre-conscription and draft-age youth, the RA Prime Minister's Cup amateur cycling tournament, a bowling championship between the staff of the head of the Shengavit administrative district and 32 community non-profit organizations operating under its jurisdiction.

During the bowling tournament held between the staffs of the heads of the 12 administrative districts, 80 participants should be provided with sports shoes and hygiene items, and refreshments should be provided at the end of each round; each participant will receive 2 slices of pizza, 2 chicken nuggets, fries, carbonated drinks, water, tea and coffee.
