Recently, he appointed Avinyan’s driver, Saro Gabrielyan, as his assistant, who is considered the “shadow district head” in the district administration. Gabrielyan has managed to appoint his cousins ​​as deputies in both Arabkir and Ajapnyak. The deputy district head of Arabkir, by the way, is his nephew, Max Gabrielyan. The latter, in turn, has appointed his wife, Anna, to the education department, and she, in turn, has brought her friends to the department, inspired by the fairy tale “Grandfather and the Turnip.”

This group is circulating rumors that there is already “approval” from above: soon Gabrielyan will be the district head and his wife will be appointed the director of one of the community kindergartens. The deputy district head is legally responsible for urban development and social security, but in fact he is involved in all areas.
