Mass electoral violations have been observed in Martuni.

In the consolidated community of Martuni, campaign posters for Hovhannes Hoveyan—the "Civil Contract" party candidate and current head of the Martuni community—have been displayed on the facades of food service and retail establishments. This constitutes a gross violation of the Electoral Code. This was reported by *Yerkir*.

It should be noted that the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia (Article 20) explicitly prohibits the display of campaign posters, photographs of candidates, or other printed materials on or inside food service and retail establishments (including restaurants, cafes, and shops), regardless of their form of ownership.

The display of campaign materials is also prohibited on or inside general education schools, food service and retail establishments, elevators, public transport, and taxis. This prohibition also extends to buildings occupied by state or local self-government bodies. Posters may be displayed in designated free spaces allocated by the heads of communities, as well as—with the consent of the owners—on or inside other buildings or structures belonging to individuals or legal entities, provided that these locations do not fall under the aforementioned prohibited categories.

Although we have not sent an official email regarding this matter to Nikol Pashinyan, we hope that this publication will eventually reach the Central Electoral Commission, and that the Commission will take the steps mandated by law to remove the illegally placed posters.

However, the most notable aspect here is that today is the final day of the pre-election campaign, yet the issue remains unresolved.չէ։
