Ameriabank was sold, the deal was closed

We are informed from the official website of "Ameriabank" that after receiving all the necessary approvals from the shareholders and regulatory bodies, the sale transaction of the bank was concluded, the changes in the structure of shareholders were registered.

As of April 4, the new shareholders of "Ameriabank" are:

1. Bank of Georgia Group PLC ("Bank of Georgia Group" PLC): 70,279 shares or about 60%;

2. Bank of Georgia JSC: 35,140 shares or about 30%,

3. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 11,713 shares or about 10%.
