A citizen of Armenia can make a revolution whenever he wants, Pashinyan said at a government session

"If a citizen has a decisive role in shaping the directions of the country's development, then a citizen has a decisive role in ensuring his personal needs, his personal well-being, which, in our opinion, should take place through work," he noted.
