“The President of the Republic of Artsakh is spending his birthday in a Baku prison as a political hostage,” writes Metakse Hakobyan, a deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, continuing:
His captivity is not only an injustice committed against Bako Sahakyan. It is a symbol of the statehood of Artsakh and the policy implemented by Azerbaijan towards the people of Artsakh.
