"Gender parties" are not allowed at the Shaki waterfall: the ministry has warned

The Ministry of Environment has received numerous alerts from citizens regarding the organization of a baby gender determination ceremony in the Shaki Waterfall area.
The Ministry of the Environment warns:
"The Shaki Waterfall is a natural hydrogeological monument and is under state protection."
"As a result of this activity, Parts 1 and 2 of Article 19 of the RA Law "On Specially Protected Areas of Nature" have been violated.
according to which:
In the Republic of Armenia, any activity that threatens its protection is prohibited in the territory occupied by a natural monument.
The protection regime of a natural monument is defined by a passport drawn up for each natural monument.
In addition, Order No. 68-N of the Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia of March 21, 2018, which prohibits any activity that disrupts the appearance of a natural monument, was also violated.
The alert has been forwarded to the Environmental Protection and Subsoil Inspection Body for appropriate action.
"Dear citizens, we urge you to comply with the established legislative requirements for environmental protection and refrain from any actions that may harm the natural heritage of our country."
