Iran will view any aggressive action by the US as the start of a full-scale war, and Tehran will respond immediately, wrote an adviser to Iran's supreme leader.

"A limited strike is an illusion. Iran's response will be directed against both the US and Israel and any country that supports this aggression," Ali Shamkhani added.
