Facebook post by Arshak Sargsyan, a member of the Yerevan Council of Elders’ “Mother Armenia” faction: “Mr. Galjian, the people are not your slaves, rob them, and say, ‘Come on, let’s clear the snow.’”

A young, struggling young man, whose first job in life was to become a police officer, calls on the people to clear the snow from the streets and make their “small” contribution.

As the “classic” would say, “boy, young man,” those people not only contributed their share, but also put their 1,000 drams into clearing that snow for you to clear (taxes, duties…).

You have raised taxes so much, turning them into plunder, that the people have no choice but to remove you from power, in which you have never been able to govern.

The people are not your slaves, rob them, and say, ‘Come on, let’s clear the snow.’
