Major General Karen Shaheni Shakaryan has been stripped of the highest title of "Hero of Artsakh"
The decree to this effect was signed by the Acting President of the Republic of Artsakh Ashot Danielyan.
It should be noted that a few days ago Shakaryan had participated in the rally organized by Pashinyan and also applauded Pashinyan during his speech.
