Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision according to which Arayik Noroyan has been appointed as the Armenian military attaché to Kazakhstan.

"Based on Part 9 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Diplomatic Service", Arayik Noroyan is appointed as the Military Attaché of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Kazakhstan from August 1, 2025 for a term of 3 years (residence: Astana)," the decision states.
