Former Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan has been sentenced to 20 years in prison in a fabricated case in the Baku military court. This was reported by Azerbaijani media.
Let us recall that a few days ago, the Baku court also published the verdicts of the former military and political leaders of Artsakh. Vardanyan's case was being considered separately from the others.
