The village of Artsvashen, for example, could be shifted—moved a bit to the right or a bit to the left. — Pashinyan

The issue regarding enclaves and exclaves has always existed. Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a conversation with journalists.
"The question is whether or not there has been an agreement regarding this. There is no agreement at the moment, but I sense that there is an understanding. And, yes, we are talking about Kyarki, Barkhudarli, Sofulu, Askipara, and Artsvashen. The concept is that, upon demarcation, there should be no enclaves or exclaves on either side of the border. This is a technical matter. I believe that the village of Artsvashen should exist within Armenia," Pashinyan said.
"The idea is that the village of Artsvashen, for instance, could be shifted. By moving it—shifting it slightly to the right, to the left, or adjusting its position—it would be brought closer so that no territory remains between it and the rest of Armenia." "The same will happen on the other side as well," he noted.
