Facebook post by Tigran Abrahamyan, Secretary of the NA “I Have Honor” faction: “A remarkable circumstance becomes clear from the court hearings on various episodes of the 44-day war, which, although it has been talked about, its factual records are noticeable from the hearings.
During the war, military units were literally disorganized: one battalion was sent south, another battalion north, the brigade's air defense was sent to the central direction, the anti-tank battery was sent to a completely different one. And so on.
The brigade, as an important military unit, ensures its combat effectiveness through the formation and presence of structurally specific units, from ensuring air defense tasks to reconnaissance.
When its various links are not functioning, and no alternatives are provided, the brigade's ability to accomplish its task is drastically reduced.
Throughout the 44-day period, not only were the military units with reserve status unable to enter battle in their entirety, but individual military units were also, by various decisions, fragmented and dispersed to different directions of the front.
"There have been failures to lose 3-4 wars during a war, the main person(s) responsible for which are not only at liberty, but they are also bragging about something else, displaying strange self-confidence."
