Viva Armenia CJSC bonds listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange

The Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX) is pleased to welcome another major company to the capital market: Viva Armenia CJSC’s USD bonds will be listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange starting July 15. Today, the traditional stock exchange bell ringing ceremony took place, symbolizing the start of the company’s bond trading on the exchange.
Viva Armenia CJSC bonds, totaling 80 million USD, have been listed on the secondary bond list of the Armenian Stock Exchange, the Bbond. 800,000 bonds have been listed, each with a nominal value of 100 USD, a coupon yield of 7.65% (paid semi-annually) and a 36-month maturity. These bonds can be traded on a targeted basis and repo transactions can be concluded.
It should be noted that this issue is currently the largest among corporate dollar bonds traded on the stock exchange, highlighting the trend of market growth and expansion of local investment opportunities.
The placement of bonds was carried out from February 12 to June 23, 2025, through Ameriabank CJSC. Moreover, the issued bonds have been fully placed. Investors can conduct transactions with Viva Armenia CJSC bonds on the stock exchange trading platform starting July 15 by applying to the stock exchange's member banks or investment companies.
During its nearly 20 years of operation, Viva Armenia has played an important role in the development of Armenia's ICT sectors, serving more than two million subscribers throughout the country.

The Company will use the funds raised as a result of the Bond placement to refinance existing loan obligations and/or make capital and other strategic investments.
