What is Irina Mkrtchyan, the director of the Mikayel Mirzoyan Music School, smoking? Footage has surfaced online showing Irina Mkrtchyan—the director of the Mikayel Mirzoyan Music School and a protégé of Mayor Tigran Avinyan—smoking a substance resembling marijuana using a glass pipe.
It is said that the woman seen in this footage, which has been circulating online, is a protégé of both Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan and the notorious head of the Ajapnyak administrative district, Serob Sargsyan. This comes as no surprise, given that the music school’s Facebook page is flooded with videos featuring the Mayor’s Office and the aforementioned district head.
