Referring to Aliyev's statement on the RA constitution, RA Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan said: "I will not comment. You can ask our Foreign Ministry and the responsible departments about this, but there is peace in the RA today, I can say that. As a mother of two soldiers, I sleep peacefully at night because there is peace in the RA."
