He said: “We have not lost Nagorno-Karabakh, but we have found the Republic of Armenia,” “Today, as a state, we are more independent than ever, we are more sovereign than ever, we are more of a state than ever.”

And the culmination, of course, was the idea that he became a full-fledged Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia on October 6, 2022, when he recognized Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan in Prague. He tried to manipulate - he did not recognize Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, but recognized the territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia. And before that, he was the head of an "outpost" country.
