Last week, Nikol Pashinyan, with the participation of a group of Artsakh residents, organized a conference entitled “Inclusive Development: Achievements and Things to Do,” during which he and his ministers spoke about how they have turned the lives of Artsakh residents into a paradise in Armenia. An Artsakh resident participating in the conference, who later turned out to be the advisor to the governor of Aragatsotn, stood up and thanked Pashinyan. It turns out that weeks before the event, the government staff sent a letter to departments and urged them to recruit Artsakh residents who would agree to participate in the event and promise to recite texts praising the government. Before the elections, Pashinyan also decided to carry out psychological terror against Artsakh residents, using such events to show not only them, but all citizens of Armenia that even the Artsakh residents accept him.
