The “Hraparak” newspaper writes: “According to our sources in the law enforcement system, police patrols have been instructed to be very vigilant in relation to businessman Samvel Karapetyan.

The police have been ordered to be on duty during all rallies and events organized by the force led by Karapetyan and to record all cars that arrive at the scene, record license plates and find an opportunity to fine or take them to the penalty area.

We were told that the patrols are simply on duty around the clock near the offices of the “Strong Armenia” party, filming, recording, and fining the drivers of buses and sprinters transporting party members.

We also wrote earlier that the government has also placed undercover "spies" in front of Karapetyan's offices to track and locate people coming and going, and try to reach out to their relatives and families, intimidate them, and conduct explanatory work with them.
