On the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Armenia, and Olivier Nduhungirehe, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda, signed an agreement on the exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Rwanda.

In a conversation held after the signing, the ministers of Armenia and Rwanda discussed issues regarding cooperation within multilateral platforms.
