The Prosecutor's Office of the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan, within the framework of the authority to protect state (community) interests, filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court on September 3, 2025, demanding compensation for 76 million 822 thousand drams of damage caused to the community by the former Mayor of Yerevan Gagik Beglaryan.

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of September 9, 2025, the lawsuit was accepted for proceedings. At the same time, the court satisfied the prosecutor's motion and imposed a seizure of property belonging to Gagik Beglaryan in the amount of 76 million 822 thousand drams.

The lawsuit was based on the factual circumstances established in one of the criminal proceedings.

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of July 7, 2026, the lawsuit of the Prosecutor's Office of the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts was fully satisfied.

After the verdict enters into legal force, 76 million 822 thousand drams will be seized from Gagik Beglaryan in favor of the Yerevan community as compensation for the damage caused to the community.
