Today, on April 8, a major and tragic car accident occurred in Lori region. At around 16:30, a “DAF” truck and a “VAZ 21014” collided on the 10th kilometer of the Vanadzor-Spitak highway.
According to information from Shamshyan.com, 2 people died on the spot as a result of the accident, 2 people were taken to the “Spitak” medical center.
A criminal case has been initiated in the Spitak investigative department into the accident, where the identities of the car owners, drivers, the dead and the injured are being established.
On the investigator’s instructions, the cars are being moved to a special area guarded by the Spitak police department.
The photojournalist reports that the “DAF” truck was loaded with iron items, including rebar.
