Armenia has requested permission from Azerbaijan to transit its cargo to Russia

Armenia has asked Azerbaijan for permission to transit its cargo to Russia, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced in Davos

"Today, the transportation is carried out through the territory of Georgia, but a day will come when it will be direct from Azerbaijan to Armenia and from Armenia to Azerbaijan, and that day is not far off," he said.
