Car fell into Voghji River; driver hospitalized

On July 28, at 10:00, the 112 operational control center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received an alarm that a car had fallen into the Voghji River in front of one of the buildings on Spandaryan Street in Kapan. The RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Rescue Service reported.
A combat crew from the fire and rescue squad of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Rescue Service left for the scene.
It turned out that the Chevrolet car had left the roadway, crashed into a barrier and ended up in the river.
The driver was taken to a medical center. Rescuers turned off the power to the car and cordoned off the area. The car was pulled out of the river using special equipment.
