During the negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis in Geneva, the European delegations sat in the lobby and drank coffee, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
“The European delegations sat in the lobby and drank coffee during the negotiations in Geneva,” Lavrov told Pavel Zarubin, a correspondent for the Vesti news service.
The negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine took place in Geneva on February 17-18.
