Even if the Constitution is changed in Armenia, Aliyev will still not sign the agreement

Aliyev is putting forward preconditions that are absolutely unfeasible, say "HayaQue".

"This shows that he is not interested in peace. It is obvious that during this time, Pashinyan was trying to cover up all the talk about constitutional changes."

Now it has been revealed that this is yet another compulsion by Aliyev. The leader of the enemy state openly speaks about it, presenting it as a precondition for signing a "peace treaty."

"It is obvious that even if the Constitution is changed in Armenia, Aliyev will not sign that agreement again, putting forward new preconditions. At this stage, however, the precondition is the adoption of a new Constitution," notes "HayaQue."
