"Fact": Do the authorities want to "sell" a pre-election favor to the public at the expense of Samvel Karapetyan?

The “Fact” newspaper writes: “For two days now, there has been intensive discussion of the information that the Armenian Electricity Network (ENA) had applied to the Public Services Regulatory Commission in June, before Samvel Karapetyan’s arrest, with a proposal to reduce the electricity tariff at the expense of the company’s savings. The PSRC rejected this proposal.
Yesterday it was announced that today the “Tashir Capital” company is still claiming to have reduced the electricity tariff at the expense of Samvel Karapetyan’s profits. Naturally, the PSRC, which at least by law should be an independent body, still does not agree, and yesterday’s statement-clarification by the chairman of that structure was simply aimed at “blurring” the situation with “complex” sentences. It is difficult to remember any other case when a proposal to reduce the tariff is presented, and the PSRC is against it.
According to the "Fact" newspaper, this is not a coincidence, which, by the way, was also hinted at yesterday by the former acting general director of the Armenian National Electricity Network, David Ghazinyan. The thing is that, according to our sources, Nikol Pashinyan and the Communist Party want to "sell" favors to our public during the pre-election period at the expense of Samvel Karapetyan.
In other words, they want to deprive ENA of its license through the PSRC in the near future, then, around March, reduce the tariff at the expense of the same Samvel Karapetyan's profit (according to various estimates, by up to 6 drams), and turn this into a PR "flag" before the elections, saying that we came, saved ENA, reduced the tariff, etc. About six months later, at the end of August, when the elections will be long in the past, they will raise the tariff again.
