Hayk Babayan appointed Commander of the Police Guard

By order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Sargsyan, Hayk Babayan has been appointed Commander of the Police Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
